Membership

The Passaic County SPCA is always looking for new members to help us carry out our mission.

Membership in the Society

Applications for membership in the Society are accepted at any time. Anyone interested in joining PCSPCA must fill out a membership form, and turn it in for review along with a check or money order made payable to the ‘Passaic County SPCA’ for $25.

We also are currently working to create a junior members program for those under the age of 18. Stay tuned.

Monthly Member Meetings

Our meetings are held the second Tuesday of each month at 8:00 p.m.

They are held both in person at PCSPCA Headquarters at 794 Lafayette Avenue,
Hawthorne, NJ 07507 and online via Zoom.

We hope to see you there!

What do members do?

Membership in the Society involves helping to run the pet pantry programs, participating in community outreach, making public appearances, assisting with educational programs and activities, and helping to run fundraising events and food donation drives.

Members may also help with the day-to-day operations, such as donor recognition, social media, graphic design, and much more.

Society members are also eligible for leadership roles within the organization.

Here are some specific examples of member volunteer activities, including:

Join the day-of team (distribute food to clients), advance pantry team (ensure pantry is well-stocked) and donation processing team (inventory donations and stock shelves).
