The Passaic County Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (SPCA) is a non-profit, all volunteer, humane law enforcement agency and advocacy group, authorized by the State of New Jersey to investigate and enforce New Jersey’s animal cruelty laws. Operating since the 1890s, Passaic County SPCA is an officially chartered branch of the New Jersey State SPCA, and is the ONLY law enforcement agency in the county that focuses solely on the prevention of animal cruelty and neglect.
